Working as Bridor’s exclusive partner in the UK, FMCG Selection assisted the business with its aggressive recruitment drive to build a strong workforce representing the brand in the UK and Ireland. We were proactive in our approach, working hard to get the message out about Bridor’s growth in the UK and Ireland, while ensuring it stood out from its competitors. One of the ways we successfully attracted the right talent was by running a fully-branded advertising campaign on LinkedIn and The Grocer. Despite the roles being UK and Ireland based, it was still important to get the cultural fit right for the French brand and place people with a true passion for food.
