Whether you come across a vacancy on our website or after doing our research, we get in touch with you, we’ll find a job that ticks all the boxes. That’s the first step over.
Step 2
We don’t settle for second best and neither should you. Having identified potential candidates, we don’t rely on what they have to say on their CV. Instead, we speak to them directly, so we can be sure they will not only successfully fulfil your job role but bring something extra special to your business.
Step 3
If your application isn’t deemed successful this time, we’ll provide honest and impartial feedback to explain why your application hasn’t been successful on this occasion. If we think you could be the one, we’ll be in touch to speak with you in more detail a better understanding of your skills, experience and expectations.
Step 4
If we feel you’ve got what it takes to fulfil the role, we’ll forward your CV on to the employer.
Step 5
We’ll let you know if you’ve secured an interview and if you are offered the role, we’ll help you manage the offer and onboarding process. For those interviewed and not successful, again, we’ll provide useful feedback to prepare you for your next interview.
