Instead, we speak to them directly, so we can be sure they will not only successfully fulfil your job role but bring something extra special to your business.
Step 3
Having identified and spoken with our chosen candidates, we’ll send you a shortlist of approximately 3-6 CVs for your consideration. From here, you can decide who you would like to invite for formal interviews. We’ll even help with the offer and onboarding process and support you in whatever way we can.

You’ve found your next employee and they tick all your boxes. Result! That doesn’t mean our job is over. We keep in touch to ensure your new employee is meeting your expectations and look to build a long-term professional relationship, so we can help you with your next search.
