Through close partnerships with their suppliers, Classic Fine Foods deliver, on demand, to some of the most exciting and prestigious restaurants, hotels, food manufacturers and retailers across the UK.
Meeting the brief
This was a large recruitment drive to support the company’s continued growth with 10 sales roles available across the UK. Addressing the right cultural fit was high on the agenda for Classic Fine Foods who wanted to welcome genuine foodies with a real passion and appreciation for quality food products and high-end customers to the business. We ran a retained, fully branded advertising campaign with a focus on identifying and introducing the right people to the right culture.
The Outcome
FMCG Selection successfully placed all 10 sales roles. Nine of the ten candidates remain within the businesses and four have since been promoted.
