National Account Manager – Homebased

Our client is a supplier of instantly recognisable branded FMCG products. Over recent years the business has developed a strong presence across the Grocery, Convenience, Pharmacy and Wholesale channels. Their success and excellent culture has been recognised with a number of prestigious awards. The business has seen extensive growth in recent years and as a result they have established themselves as a leading supplier across the channels they operate within. Following an internal promotion, the business is seeking a talented Senior National Account Manager to join the team.

Role

As Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of branded healthcare and beauty products within Tesco and Sainsbury’s, valued in the region of £20m. Reporting into the Account Controller you will work collaboratively with the wider commercial team to share best practice. The business operates an autonomous working environment, whilst at the same time supporting the personal development of each employee.  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of growing and developing business within retail customers, ideally, Tesco & Sainsbury’s. As for product background, experience within branded FMCG products is essential.  It is important you are self-motivated and have the ability to build strong relationships with your customer. This is a fully homebased position with a requirement to travel to customers and business head office monthly.
