National Account Controller – Out of Home – Position Now Fulfilled

Following a period of significant growth, they are now seeking an Out of Home Controller to drive their presence within the convenience, wholesale, and foodservice sectors.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, you’ll lead a team comprising one National Account Manager and one National Account Executive. Together, you’ll develop and execute strategic growth plans across the Convenience, Wholesale, Cash & Carry, and Foodservice channels in alignment with the business’s objectives. Your role will involve identifying and championing new growth initiatives, working closely with the Sales, Innovation, and Category teams. Beyond building strong partnerships with existing customers, you’ll also focus on driving new business opportunities to support the company’s expansion plans.
The Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced Account Controller or a Senior National Account Manager ready to step up. You’ll bring strong leadership experience, ideally gained within a market-leading branded food or drink business, and a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team. Essential to this role is a background managing accounts within the convenience, wholesale, and foodservice channels. A track record of exceeding sales targets and nurturing robust customer relationships will be key to your success.
Location
This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to visit the South East head office once a week.
Package
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000, Car allowance: £6,500, Bonus: 10% & Additional benefits
