Established in Brittany, France, in 1988, the business has become a recognised supplier to the retail, hotel, restaurant, end-user and travel sectors. Bridor has built a unique reputation in the world of gastronomy with its Le Notre range, used by some of the best chefs in the world, and is also a partner of prestigious events such as the Bocuse d’Or and the Roux Scholarship.

Bridor represents a €800m share of their parent company, within the UK have successfully traded premium quality products with high-end customers across the Retail and Foodservice channels for over 20 years. Following strong growth and future growth plans both globally and within the UK, Bridor are looking to appoint a Foodservice National Account Controller to further drive sales across UK & Ireland.


At the heart of this role is a focus on first class service, account management and people leadership & development, something which Bridor prides itself on and attributes its success to. As Foodservice National Account Controller, it will be your responsibility to ensure customers receive the high level of service expected, whilst maximising the opportunities to penetrate the Foodservice market further.

Reporting directly into the Sales Director for UK & Ireland, you will lead and develop a team of three National Account Managers across the following Foodservice channels; National wholesalers, contract caterers, leading coffee chains, hotel & restaurant groups and travel operators. In addition to setting the strategic growth plans you will take direct account responsibly for some of the larger National accounts both at UK & EMEA level. Through your team you will be responsible for identifying and developing new initiatives to drive growth, joining forces with the wider Sales, Innovation, Production and Category teams. As well as developing successful relationships with existing customers, a key focus will be on driving new business opportunities in line with Bridor’s growth plans.


The successful candidate for this position will be an accomplished Account Controller or driven Senior National Account Manager working within market leading Food or Drink business. You will have strong leadership experience with a history of managing and developing a sales team. As for customer background it is essential that you have managed a customer between £30m – £60m P&L customer portfolio across the customer channels mentioned above. The successful candidate will be educated to a degree level standard. A proven track record of growing and exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships within the Foodservice market is essential.

You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships internally and with your customers. You will be a well organised team player with the drive, motivation and enthusiasm to achieve sales and delivering success for Bridor.


This is a home based role with frequent travel to customers and Bridor’s head office in Camberley, Surrey. The successful candidate will ideally be based in the South East.
