An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading suppliers of finished bakery products and bakery ingredients is now available. Family owned with a history dating back nearly 100 years, the business has a glowing reputation across the industry and this has been recognised by this through a number of industry and supplier awards. Their product portfolio finished bakery products such as Breads and Desserts as well as Bakery ingredients. Following significant business growth, they are now seeking an ambitious Foodservice National Account Manager to further drive their presence within the Foodservice Buying Groups channel.

Role

As National Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the growth and development of the Foodservice Buy Groups channel. Core customers within the portfolio include, Fairway, Caterforce, Sterling, Country Range, Pallas Foods and Castell Howell. In addition to the ongoing development of the existing business you will be tasked with driving new business across the channel. Reporting into the Head of Foodservice you can expect a great degree of autonomy to build and develop the business whilst being given the support to develop your career.

Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will in a Foodservice led National Account Management role. You will have a good understanding of how the Buying Groups and it’s members operate. As for product background the business would consider candidates from either a private label or branded food or drink background.

This is a home-based role with frequent travel to customers. The successful candidate needs to live within two hours of Coventry.
