In 2008 Shaken Udder could be found on the shelves of Harvey Nicholls and our retail business was born. Over the years the product range and our list of retail partners has continued to grow.

In 2023, we are now the UK’s No.1 Premium Milkshake Brand. Ahead of us we have an ambitious and exciting three-year growth plan that will see us double the size of our business.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand the team, as part of our growth strategy we are now seeking an exceptional National Account to join the team.

Role

This is a newly created role for Shaken Udder, designed to secure future talent for the organisation
Playing a supporting role across all Channels, working with the SNAM’s and Sales Director.
Analytical by nature, initially providing support this is a development role that will progress to managing a portfolio of Customers directly.

Working cross functionally with Shopper, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful day to day management of the account base.
Will be responsible for driving growth through landing successful NPD launches and promotions
This is an opportunity to shape the ongoing business for our Ambient range across Convenience, Impulse, Petrol Forecourts and Wholesale. Gaining insight and knowledge whilst supporting our Grocery Team.

Career progression to NAM level is achievable for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Sales Team, taking responsibility for admin, promotional submissions, Trade Shows, and supporting the Category Team with insights on performance.

Business Development – implement the strategic growth plan, working cross-functionally with Category to drive Shaken Udder into new points of distribution across the fore mentioned Channels.

Once distribution is achieved, the role is to ensure instore and in-depot execution is optimized to drive sales to the end Consumer.

Shopper and Trade Marketing Plans – work alongside Marketing colleagues to plan and execute shopper and trade marketing plans to grow brand presence and drive retailer sales performance.

Sales Forecasting – work with Finance to develop annual sales forecasts and ensure alignment of sales volumes with Operations department.

Maintains a high level of trade contact to have a better knowledge of the marketplace.

The person:

An individual that shows passion, energy, and motivation to achieve stretching new business targets – who takes ownership of their customer base.

You will have strong influencing skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to work and collaborate cross functionally to unlock results across the Channels.

Demonstrates a track record of taking the initiative, delivering, and managing several key projects at the same time.

Relish the challenge of working in a small team with a high level of responsibility to deliver.

Strong communication skills in managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
