Sales Associate Team Leader – Classic Fine Foods – Position now fulfilled

Following an internal promotion, the business is now seeking a Telesales Team Leader to join the team.

Role

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Associates ensuring that all day-to-day activities run efficiently and smoothly, while taking ownership of sales related projects within Customer Service. You and your team will gain excellent records in call quality, sales growth delivery and Sales Team support.

The successful candidate will be strong and motivated with a proven track record of managing people, and someone that can inspire and organize the dedicated team. The goal is to increase sales and customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations. A keen eye for detail is important to deliver an organized, professional and outstanding service – always delivered with a smile and positivity.

Requirements

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have experience within a similar role within the food industry. Candidates from outside the food industry will be considered should they have experience of leading a telesales team. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships internally and with your customers. Previous people management experience is a must. The successful candidate will be an organised individual with the drive, motivation, and passion to achieve success.
